- Develop preliminary scope of works and budgets for board submission
- Develop full design documentation and drawings for market pricing
- Submit pricing options and recommendations to client and assist in decision making
- Develop construction programme (8 stages during occupied building)
- Implement program and manage the construction phase
- Supply and installation of air conditioning 29 systems
- New centralised control system
- New electrical switchboards incorporating tenancy motoring for billing calculations
- Provide maintenance services during and after the defects liability period
