- Consulting engineers design review to ensure designs goals would be achieved
- Development of construction drawings to coordinate with other trades and services
- Supply and installation of variable refrigeration system incorporating 39 ducted and non ducted fan coils and associated mechanical ventilation and control systems
- Provide maintenance services during and after the defects liability period
