Overview

We provided a mechanical plant upgrade and maintenance to Christian Brothers College junior school.

We consulted engineers to ensure that we achieved design goals, and we developed construction drawings to coordinate with other trades and services.

We supplied and installed variable refrigeration systems, incorporating 39 ducted and non-ducted fan coils, and associated mechanical ventilation and control systems.

We made sure to provide maintenance services during and after the defects liability period to follow on from this.

Working with a short construction timeframe and many stakeholders, a critical success factor to consider was maintaining a collaborative site culture.
