Shawn oversees our culture and the delivery of our professional, high-quality services while developing systems and technologies that support our team members and ensure Butterfields remains an industry leader.
Shawn also identifies trends and opportunities in the organisation and broader market while creating and implementing systems and strategies aligning with Butterfields’ vision and values.
Tanya Levin
HR, HSEQ & Quality
Tanya oversees all WHS, HR and Quality associated matters at Butterfields and provides information, guidance, coaching and consulting to our team members, ensuring we deliver our services safely and professionally.
She also develops and implements Butterfields’ policies, procedures, guidelines and reference material.
Darren Cross
Manager | HVAC Services
Darren delivers our client’s HVAC needs while supporting our electrical and plumbing field teams and their respective Service Managers.
He also assists our field team in delivering their roles, reviews and assesses clients’ assets, provides forecasting and planning, and identifies current and potential client issues before advising on viable solutions that align with their requirements.
Louis Visintin
Plumbing and Laboratory Services Manager
While managing the client’s ongoing plumbing needs and working alongside our other Service Managers, including the Projects Division, Louis reviews and assesses clients’ assets and provides forecasting and planning.
He also supports the field teams to ensure they meet our commitment to delivering professional, high-quality service.
Dwayne Evans
Manager | Electrical Services
Dwayne focuses on delivering clients’ electrical needs and supporting his team of technicians while collaborating with Butterfields’ HVAC and plumbing divisions.
He positively displays and reinforces Butterfields’ core values of integrity, professionalism and quality and helps shape the organisation’s future direction.
Richard Watson
Service Manager | HVAC
Richard is one of our longest-standing team members, and alongside HVAC Manager Darren Cross, he oversees the delivery of our HVAC Services.
Richard utilises his extensive experience to ensure we stay committed to our values of professionalism and quality and meet our client’s expectations and requirements.
James Davis
Project Manager
James, alongside fellow Project Manager Robbie Campbell, oversees the management and definition of project deliverables across various technical disciplines, including HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
Having a wealth of experience and in-depth industry knowledge, he also continuously seeks to meet the client’s needs and exceed their expectations.

Project Manager
Robbie, alongside fellow Project Manager James Davis, also oversees the management and definition of project deliverables across various technical disciplines, including HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
Having extensive technical experience and know-how, he also upholds Butterfields’ values and assists in delivering high-quality services.
Ben Jardine
Project Estimator
Ben assesses clients’ needs before designing solutions and developing proposals that meet their requirements.
He also undertakes early risk and constraint identification before overseeing the project handover to the project managers.
